Qualification and skills
at least Masters Degree Academic level in duration of at least 4 years or, alternatively, 4 years(absolutely required) Computer literacy (absolutely required)
Working knowledge of English (absolutely required)
General professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in the sector of EU funds financial management and(absolutely required)
Specific professional experience
1 year of experience in assisting to NAO/NF in supervision over the SAPARD/IPARD Agency
(absolutely required)
Experience in the area of the on the spot checks performed by National Fund in Implementing Experience in preparation of written procedures for NAO/NF in SAPARD/IPARD
Experience in conducting trainings in area of SAPARD/IPARD/Agri funds;
Experience on identifying/ detection or processing irregularities in implementation of agriculture
Minimum required skills must be clearly identified.
