IMPAQ International is seeking a Chief of Party for a USAID-funded Early Grade Reading Activity in Malawi. The primary objective is to improve the reading abilities of Malawian learners in Standards 1 – 3.
The Chief of Party will provide technical leadership to the team, technical support to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) on reading, and grants management support. The incumbent shall ensure that program implementation helps the MoEST confront challenges faced on teaching learners reading.
