Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is looking for a hands-on fundraising professional, to lead and support resource development (RD) and program teams to grow funding and scale program portfolios and impact, with a focus on multi-donor funded projects and building partnerships with corporations, foundations and institutional donors.
This position will report to the Resource Development (RD) Director and work closely with Asia Pacific (AP) and global teams to support National Organizations (NO’s) to significantly grow their revenues. This is a ‘hands on’ role which will help RD teams to build pipelines by strengthening capacity (teams, systems, processes), lead research and analysis of donor funding priorities, identify both solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities and support teams with concept and proposal development. The role will facilitate the planning and design of multi-country and multi-donor funded programs and projects, as well as support to donor marketing and engagement, often working in a co-creation process with donors and/or partners.
The position will be based in any of the particular countries: Manila, Philippines; Kathmandu, Nepal; Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Jakarta, Indonesia.
Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. The successful candidate will be offered a local country-based compensation package.
The work arrangement for this position is hybrid, and on a flextime schedule.
