JOB HIGHLIGHT
You’ll develop and drive donor experience strategy and marketing communications for our major donors by building campaigns, content across email, print, SMS and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and frontline enablement, translating donor insights into actionable journey frameworks, while equipping our development team with the tools, content, and systems they need to build meaningful relationships at scale.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Enablement Senior Manager, is an individual contributor, who reports to the VP of Marketing & Partnerships and is responsible for designing and implementing donor journeys, major donor fundraising products, and setting our major donor communication strategy. You’ll be embedded in the Key Relationships team to understand their unique goals and needs and then work closely with the wider Marketing team to shape strategies that create world-class experiences and campaigns that expand our Major Donor supporter base and increase Lifetime Value. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Product to develop world-class stories, reports, digital experiences, and communications that further the charity: water brand.
