World Learning is a leading international non-profit organization advancing education, systems strengthening, and inclusive development through programming around the world. We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant to assist with data cleaning and analysis for an ongoing program. The consultant will be mainly using DevResults for this task.
The consultancy is expected to be approximately 7 days from July 30th – August 30th.
Responsibilities
• Work with program team to clean excel data from surveys and locate any missing data.
• Fill in any missing data in excel tables using primary survey responses.
• Upload data to DevResults and troubleshoot any upload or disaggregation challenges, with assistance from World Learning and/or DevResults staff as needed.
• Add any missing activity and disaggregation columns to DevResults data tables and indicators to ensure data populates correctly.
• Add program indicators to DevResults based on World Learning’s M&E specialist’s instructions and link indicators to correct data tables.
• Check that all data for indicators is populating correctly.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience, or master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluation, including indicator disaggregation and data cleaning.
• Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data findings.
• Experience using DevResults to input and analyze data.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Computer and Internet fluency required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
