This Proposal Opportunity:
The USAID Burkina Faso Health Systems Strengthening program aims to improve Burkina Faso’s healthcare system through strategic partnerships and sustainable solutions over 5 years. Palladium seeks a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to lead in capturing and communicating program results, ensuring high-quality data collection, reporting, and analysis. The MEL Director will link M&E data to a process of learning and adaptation, with expertise in designing frameworks for health systems strengthening, policy, finance, and governance programs. They will coordinate MEL efforts effectively, collaborating with communications and technical experts, and implement Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) practices for evidence-based program adaptation.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director is a full-time position and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the program monitoring and evaluation framework and information system to track delivery against targets/projections, indicators, outcomes, and impact. They will be responsible for ensuring valid and verifiable data collection, reporting and analysis, and communicating program results to USAID and external stakeholders. They will link M&E data to a process of learning and iterative adaptation.
