Job Description

Deloitte Consulting, LLP is currently recruiting resident and short-term advisors for the anticipated multi-year USAID/Central Asia’s Enterprises, Employment, and Enabling Environments (E4) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Mechanism. Activities performed under this IDIQ will cover the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan. This activity will work to increase employment and incomes through improved private sector competitiveness.

Deloitte seeks mid and senior-level candidates for the following positions:

  • Small and Medium Enterprise Development
  • Export Promotion
  • Private Sector Development
  • Trade Facilitation
  • Trade Policy
  • Business Enabling Environment
  • Regional Program Management
  • Grants Management
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Communications
  • Finance and Administration

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant area required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and/or Uzbekistan preferred
  • Demonstrated management and communication skills
  • English fluency required
  • Experience working on USAID or other donor funded projects in relevant fields preferred
  • Relevant language skills preferred
