Oil and Gas Professional in Ghana with Expertise in LNG and FSRU
SUMMARY:
An Oil & Gas professional with expertise in LNG and FSRU to conduct Technical Financial and Regulatory analysis to support a Feasibility Study for an FSRU project in Ghana.

THE ASSIGNMENT
The firm is presently searching for an Oil and Gas Professional who will be part of our team for a project in Ghana to do a Feasibility Study.

Functions
The key functions for this Assignment will include:
- Research and Analyses of the key project documents and information as required by the project team
- Conduct a Regulatory Review to identify any impediments to project feasibility
- Do a site evaluations and engineering assessments if needed.
- Help organize technical training and workshop sessions
- Provide guidance to the team on the design of any purchase or off take agreements
- Support the project financial analyses with local budgetary, sector, tariff and credit market information
- Support the project team with safety and security information.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Desirable:
MBA
Experience:
Minimum:
- 10 years in the Ghana Oil & Gas sector or Power sector or both
- Demonstrated knowledge of import and transportation issues for Oil & Gas in Ghana
- Familiarity and experience with interactions with main private and public officials in the Power sector and Oil& Gas.

- Experience with port and offshore oil & Gas issues in Ghana.
