The Kiribati Facility (KF) is a key investment of the Australian government in Kiribati, comprising of the Skills for Employment Program (SfEP) and the Flexible Support Facility (FSF). The SfEP supports the development of a capable, qualified and mobile I-Kiribati workforce. SfEP focusses on developing the Kiribati Institute of Technology (KIT) to be a recognised and respected provider of demand-driven skills training in its own right catering for domestic, regional and international labour opportunities.
About the opportunity:The Organisational Services Adviser (OSA) will ensure that KIT functions as a quality technical institute and lead the non-academic and administrative functions of KIT. This includes but is not limited to deputising for the Team Leader as required, student administration, KIT student management information system, data and records management, quality compliance, administrative support for KIT governance, marketing, institutional strengthening, student support services, Employment Support Services (ESS), facilities and maintenance, and professional development.
