Job Description

The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform as an active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C intern, she/he will be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition process in coordination with the Business Partners team.
  • Draft and publish job postings for national and international positions across social networks and job boards.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for national consultancy positions.
  • Maintain and update databases, as well as prepare KPI reports.
  • Prepare induction and training presentations for internal clients in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Provide logistical support for organizational welfare and engagement events.
  • Consolidate and organize data related to HR stakeholders.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Student of Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
  • Prior internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on details.
  • Flexible interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
