Job Description

Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean

Middle East and Eastern Europe.

(French, Spanish, Portuguese, English and Arabic speaking consultants)

Requirements:

  • MA or PhD
  • International experience in qualitative & quantitative research processes
  • Results-based monitoring and evaluation, incl measuring advocacy and campaign impact
  • Good track record working with civil society and promoting equal education for all
  • Previous evaluation experience of quality education campaigns essential.
  • Strong data synthesis and reporting skills
  • Participatory workshop / consultative meetings facilitation experience desirable
  • Expertise in:
  • Education
  • Gender & Human rights expertise
  • Policy & advocacy

Project duration: Approximately 5 months. Anticipated LOE = 90 days. Starting May 2015.

Each consultant will be required to do fieldwork for +- 5 days (per case study, per country).

Fieldwork expected to take place mid-May to mid-July.
