The QED Group, LLC is currently seeking a Performance Monitoring Advisor to include in a proposal for the USAID/Tanzania Data for Development project. This four year project will provide services to support the improvement of data-driven decision-making, planning and implementation for the Mission, its implementing partners, and strategic local partners, including the National Bureau of Statistics and other Tanzania institutions.
ResponsibilitiesThe Performance Monitoring Advisor will lead all components that support the performance monitoring needs of AOR/CORs, team leaders, technical office directors, and Front Office. This support will include activity-level and IR-level MEL Plan development, data collection methodology, data quality assessments, site improvement monitoring system work, and maintenance of the implementing partner reporting system. The site improvement monitoring system work will include coordinating site visits and ensuring all relevant reporting is completed to fulfil SIMS requirements. The Performance Monitoring Advisor will report to the Chief of Party and will be based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.
