Petroleum Business Operations Manager
The Petroleum Business Operations Manager will guide the development of two gas fields, including work over of wells and drilling of new wells, determination of reserves, production rates and planning of further development. Secondarily, gas gathering and processing plants are also part of the gas supply program. Building a gas busniness institutional structure and commercializing the entities into an operatonal organization.

- Assist the new business entity to get ready for GSA
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in gas field planning, drilling and development, with extensive project management experience.
- 10 years of developing country experience is required and conflict and/or post-conflict country work experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of oil and gas concepts, principles and practices of gas field development/operations and the specific challenges present in developing countries.
- Culturally astute to be able to function within developing country culture
- Strong writing and presentation skills would be a plus
- BS degree in a field relevant to petroleum engineering from an accredited college or university.
