Job Description
-Support evaluation of transporation market structures and the formal and informal institutions that regulate and govern the transportation markets.
-Review the countries’ regulatory structures, formal institutions that impact the sectors, and informal institutions that may influence pricing.
-Experience conducting a political economy analysis to provide insight into the impact of the market structure on consumer pricing and the sustainability of the investment.
-Master’s degree in engineering/economis/political economy preferred
-Experience with transportation preferred
-Fluency in English required
-Minimum of 15 years of experience
-Knowledge of Spanish/French is a plus
