The Operations Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Deputy Operations Representative during the upcoming audit, which will be conducted in November 2025. Their role will include assisting with documentation management, task tracking, and coordinating key activities.
• Duration: 2 months
• Start: September 29, 2025
• Remuneration: $500,000 gross
• Modality: Hybrid - Remote and In-person.
• Dedication: Ideally full-time, with the possibility of part-time.
How can you make a difference?
Summary of key roles/responsibilities:
Support in writing, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Read and analyze English documentation to identify key requirements and summarize them in Spanish
Prepare draft reports, monitoring matrices and presentations
Track team to-dos, reminders, and deliverables
Organize digital and physical files related to the audit
Coordinate meetings, take notes and prepare minutes when required
Support in the collection of information from different areas for document consolidation

To be considered for an internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or have graduated in the last two years, in the areas of: general administration, public administration, auditing, management control or another career related to the functions described
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Master the working language of the UNICEF office in Chile: Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
Solid command of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel formats)
Have a good academic performance demonstrated by recent records from the university or institution
Not having immediate relatives (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter) working in any UNICEF office; and not having other supervising relatives to whom the intern will report.
