Program Associate
The Program Associate is a key player in the implementation of TMG projects. The position performs a full range of project backstopping responsibilities for the assigned projects and contracts. The Program Associate will work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, consultants, field staff, and support units throughout TMG.
The Program Associate position at TMG includes Three title levels reflecting an employee’s level of expertise: (1) Program Associate I, (2) Program Associate II, and (3) Senior Program Associate. The title level will be determined by the staff’s direct supervisor’s assessment of their mastery of skills required for their position and demonstrated command of job-related knowledge gained through years of experience at TMG and/or in a similar position at another organization in a similar field to TMG.
Responsibilities
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:
· Coordinates and provides logistical support for meetings and events.
· Assist in recruitment including creating and posting requisitions, screening CVs, developing interview questions, gathering reference and employee verification documents, tracking candidates
· Support all meetings with agenda creation, minute collection, and follow ups
