POSITION SUMMARY
WomenLift Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to work under the direction of the WomenLift Health Program Lead, North America to support the implementation and administration of all programmatic elements of the North America Regional Hub.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the North America hub team, and other members of the small and nimble globally located WomenLift Health team to contribute to designing, building, and implementing the systems and processes to efficiently track and support the operations of the WomenLift Health North America training program (“The Leadership Journey”) for mid-career women leaders in Global Health in Canada and the U.S. In 2020, the North America-based Leadership Journey launched the first 12-month Leadership Journey with a cohort of 30 women leaders. In 2024, the North America hub scaled up to implementing two cohorts with plans to scale to three simultaneous Leadership Journeys in 2025. The Program Coordinator should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, someone who pays close attention to detail and takes initiative. They should deeply value WomenLift’s mission and cherish human connection and relationship building both within the internal team and with external partners. They should have an eye to constant improvement and streamlining of systems and processes related to the North America Leadership Journeys. The ideal candidate should be able to work adeptly both independently and in a team. WomenLift team members feel closely aligned with our values and possess the ability to adapt while working in an entrepreneurial environment with a diverse set of teammates from around the world.
This recruitment is for 1 full-time (100% FTE) position.

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 USD
Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401K retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401K contributions. Employees are also eligible for pretax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of voluntary leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment.
