We are searching for a Programme Head – Rural Operations for BRAC Health Programme (BHP). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, impactful programme guidance and strategic support to BHP’s leadership team. This involves overseeing and managing the field operations of the programme, including technical support, and central operations. You will be accountable for identifying and creating opportunities for healthcare service provision in the rural community, in line with the strategic goals of the programmes. As the Programme Head you will spearhead BHP’s interventions aimed at improving rural community healthcare services, while aligning with the organisation’s goals and objectives of government stakeholders. Furthermore, you will ensure quality implementation as per work plans and achieve expected results, analyse complex data, identify trends as well as develop proposals to secure strategic funding opportunities.
To be considered for this position you should have: MBBS and MPH with minimum 15 years of experience with at least 7 years in leadership role in health programme management, including designing and implementing interventions at rural community level; possess strong analytical skills to identify emerging health issues and trends; must have experience in strategic implementation, overseeing innovative projects, and generating evidence-based knowledge; collaboration with stakeholders, budget allocation, data analysis; and representation experience in high-level meetings.
