About the Role
ASI is seeking an exceptional candidate to play a leading role in the delivery of ÉLAN 1.2, a complex, two-year £8 million market systems development programme in the DRC, with a 40+ strong project team based in 2 field offices delivering interventions with various companies in multiple provinces across the country The successful candidate will join the Africa team within the wider Project Delivery Practice. The role will be based in Kinshasa, DRC. Key responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting the Senior Management Team and Project Management Unit of ÉLAN 1.2. The selected candidate will also take on the country coordinator role, identify business opportunities in the DRC, retain ELAN 1.2 human resources in preparation for upcoming DRC programmes, and liaise closely with external stakeholders and Adam Smith International colleagues.
