Position Mandate
Assistants on Resonance’s Impact Advisory team play a critical role in the team’s growth, supporting both client-facing projects and business development. Resonance Impact Advisory focuses on driving sustainable impact among our corporate, foundation and NGO clients. In addition to assigned client work, analysts will support business development strategy, research, outreach, and marketing. These positions will collaborate closely with leaders across the team, in our Government Services unit, and with the marketing team. The analyst should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of technical areas including agriculture, supply chains, technology, and global health.

OUTCOMES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each role will contribute to the overall growth of Resonance Impact Advisory Services; assignments will vary based on the needs of the group when hiring.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ADVISORY
· Provide project management support under the direction of a leader/supervisor, ensuring that key projects and engagements are delivered on time, on budget and within scope
· Support outreach and interview schedules of key stakeholders for client projects
· Conduct client research with oversight from manager on multi-stakeholder partnerships or on new approaches to addressing business challenges in emerging markets
· Ensure client files and materials are up-to-date
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Research
· Monitor industry trends, recent news, events, thought leadership, ongoing partnerships in social impact across our priority areas (agricultural supply chains, technology for development, and global health) to share internally to inform project execution, and potentially to be passed along to external clients and BD prospects per RIA discretion
· Research and draft relevant external communications with oversight and guidance from internal SMEs, in collaboration with Marketing
Business Development Materials
· Maintain business development materials (e.g., pitch decks), ensuring they’re organized, consistent, and housed in the same place
· Support and coordinate proposal development: manage inputs required for proposals (project managing), conduct research as needed to inform a proposal, design PPT slides or word documents with direction from RIA senior management
Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sustainability, economics, international development, social sciences, or related field
· Documented successful completion of at least 1 probability and statistics college course
· Documented successful completion of at least 1 study abroad semester or similar relevant international experience
· 1+ years of experience effectively working on multiple projects, addressing ambiguous problems, and taking action to solve them
· 1+ years of experience conducting thematic business-oriented research and producing synthesized written reports

Travel Expectations
Ability to travel up to 25% internationally on short notice.
Salary Range Target
$45,000 - $52,000
