Qualifications and skills: - University degree in journalism or media communication, - Knowledge of the Ukrainian/Russian language will be considered an important asset
General professional experience: - Preferably 7 years (5 years required) in the area of public awareness or as journalist
Specific professional experience: - Experience in launching PR campaigns at national and local levels - Experience as PR expert in international projects within the past 2 years
