Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- To conduct the recruitment and selection process of suitably qualified and experienced professionals for MSF field operations worldwide, including emergency response activities.
- To be the focal point of database management in field HR team along with ISSO ensuring data protection and privacy.
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR or relevant discipline)
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- Minimum 2 years MSF field experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment desirable.
- Knowledge in Sourcing and Marketing desirable
Other requirements (Behavioral, Language, Certifications etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Approachable Demeanor
- Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
- Willingness to travel within and outside India
- Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge in MS Office
- Result and quality orientation ( Level 2)
- Planning and Organizing (Level 2)
- Behavioral flexibility (Level 2)
- Networking and Building Relationships (Level 2)
