About the position
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director DRC MENA the successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on enhancing DRC’s policy and advocacy responses upholding human rights and promotion of durable solutions so that no refugee must be in want of help to find protection and durable solutions. Based in Amman, Jordan, the post will support DRC’s wider work in the MENA region which is grounded in protection for displaced persons.

We offer
DRC will offer the successful applicant a 12 months contract, renewable dependent on both funding and performance. You must be available to start work from 1 February 2016 and be willing and able to work in Amman, Jordan.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for Expatriates; please refer to www.drc.ngo under Vacancies. This position will be placed at level A11.
