Blumont is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization responsible for implementing relief and development programs worldwide. Blumont’s mission is to empower the world’s most vulnerable communities to achieve self-sufficiency through innovative solutions, applied knowledge and targeted expertise. The Program Report Writer works closely with the Chief of Party (COP), along with other SES II technical teams – Grants, Project Development and Coordination, Engineering, Governance, and Research & Analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Learning (RAMEL) – to develop and produce of publication-quality quarterly performance reports. This position will have responsibility for the development and finalization of the quarterly performance reports (three per year), and annual activity reports.
