-----The purpose of this request for applications (RFA) is to solicit applications, from US higher education institutions only, to build the capacity of Ethiopian Higher education institutions. The U.S. Higher Education Institution Sub Award will be funded up to US$2 million subject to availability of funds and as necessary, for activities that develop the capacity of Ethiopian higher education institutions.
