Note: Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms to assess the Agricultural Extension and Advisory System and Services in Burma (Myanmar). Proposals will only be accepted from consulting firms registered in Burma or neighboring countries that have a presence in Burma. Please email efat@winrock.org for a full RFP package.

USAID Enabling Farmers for Agricultural Transformation (EFAT) invites interested and eligible parties to submit proposals. Eligible vendors must be reputable firm with past experience and networks in the agricultural sector in Burma. The vendor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and the best overall technical and financial proposal.

Offer Deadline:
Proposals should be submitted to efat@winrock.org no later than 5 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST), Wednesday, October 30, 2024, and valid for at least 60 calendar days. Proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.

About the Organization

Winrock is implementing the Enabling Farmers for Agricultural Transformation (EFAT) Project, a five-year project (October 1, 2022, to September 31, 2027) funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EFAT contributes to addressing the multiple challenges extension and other agricultural service providers face in developing countries including poor coordination among pluralistic service providers, limited capacity, and skills among individual extension providers, especially to support smallholder farmers respond to climate change, and limited ability to provide services that meet the specific needs of women, youth, and last mile farmers.
