Proposal Summary:
USAID/Honduras MESCLA 2.0 is an anticipated project that will serve as a follow-on to a current contract that supports the Mission and its partners with more strategic and results-oriented approaches to monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). MESCLA 2.0 will design and implement evaluations, studies and assessments by providing expert analysis. This project will provide USAID/Honduras with project and activity evaluation, performance monitoring, knowledge management, communications and performance management support services in alignment with the USAID’s Evaluation Policy and the Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR). This is expected to be a five year project.
Position Summary:
The Research and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of research and evaluation protocols with appropriate methodologies and tools. They will collect and analyze research, consolidate findings and write reports and other dissemination materials based on results.
