About the Engagement
The Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase 3 (AIPJ3) is inviting proposals from qualified individuals and organisations to join its Vendor Pool for the provision of a range of technical, administrative, and logistical support services. These include, but are not limited to, Interpreter and Translation, Graphic Design, Videography, Notetaking, Sign Language Interpretation, Car Rental, Virtual Event Organisation, Publications Support, Printing, and Working Permit (KITAS) Arrangement.
Selected vendors will be engaged under a Deed of Standing Offer Agreement for one year (January–December 2026), renewable subject to performance. This arrangement enables AIPJ3 to efficiently procure goods and services on an as-needed basis to support its ongoing operations.

A Pre-Bid Briefing will be held on 21 November 2025 at 10:30 AM (Jakarta time) via Zoom. Interested parties may register to attend by emailing aipj.general@aipj.or.id by 20 November 2025. Attendance is not mandatory.
