This requirement will be supporting a USAID contract # AID-OAA-I-15-00022/72062418F00001 for the Peace through Evaluation, Learning, and Adapting (PELA) activity in West Africa. IBTCI, at its sole discretion intends to award a subcontract based on the scope of work that is provided in this RFP (Attachment A).
