This requirement will be supporting a USAID prime contract # AID-660-TO-16-00002 DRC MECC for Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Contract. IBTCI, at its sole discretion, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Subcontract based on the Statement of Work.
IBTCI is seeking capable firms, with French and English language knowledge, to support this prime contract.

Statement of Work
The USAID Monitoring and Evaluation Coordination Contract (MECC) Task Order (TO), contracted to IBTCI supports the USAID Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to be a more effective, efficient and adaptable operating unit in achieving the development objectives in the country. The overall purpose of the MECC project is to provide coordination, monitoring, evaluation, analytic, and research services for the Mission’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).
IBTCI is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide:
Required tasks and Deliverables:
The Contractor must create products on an as-needed basis.
A. One page infographic (Content provided by IBTCI) Total number TBD
B. Two page infographic (Content provided by IBTCI) Total number TBD
C. Map (Graphic and/or GIS) displaying data from sources provided by IBTCI (Total number TBD)
D. Six page graphic and image heavy report with information and photographic content provided by IBTCI (Total number TBD)
E. Graphic design for reports, adhering to USAID branding guidelines. Each report to contain up to 15 graphics or data visuals within the body of the report, with content provided by IBTCI (Total number TBD)
