The Academy for Educational Development is seeking CVs from experienced professionals for potential short-term, field assignments in East Africa. Applicants must have extensive work experience in school mapping, microplanning or a closely related field. Advanced degree in education planning/policy, education administration or related field preferred. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. At least 10 years experience managing field-based donor agency (World Bank, ADB, USAID, DFID, SIDA, JICA, UNDP etc.) programs required. Regional experience preferred.
