Job Description

Are you passionate about contributing to change that matters and do you have experience in corporate engagement and developing public private partnerships? Are you always looking for innovative ways to make European companies contribute to more inclusive and sustainable international value chains? Solidaridad offers you a rewarding and meaningful job in an inspiring and international setting with the opportunity to make a real difference in the world.

Solidaridad works across global supply chains to ensure that producers can thrive in fair, resilient, and climate-smart food systems. As part of our mission to drive transformative change, we work to build viable farm businesses and strengthen access to high-quality, affordable services. Producers face challenges related to climate change, decreasing yields and rising demands for sustainable practices. The access to affordable agri-inputs and technology that enable producers to face those challenges, remain a major barrier, particularly for women and smallholders.

We believe that European service providers can play a role in bridging service gaps for producers, enhancing their welfare and strengthening resilience—all while operating within our planetary boundaries. To support this, Solidaridad Europe acts as a broker of services by linking producer needs with European providers of agri-inputs and technology. Our partners include for example companies offering enhanced seeds services. Moreover we work closely with retailers on Fruit & Vegetable sourcing, engaging them and their suppliers to co-design pathways that strengthen service delivery and improve sustainability performance.

The Senior Corporate Engagement Manager – Service Delivery in Food Systems will play a pivotal role in driving this agenda forward. In this role, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with EU service providers and retailers to ensure producers’ enhanced and lasting access to relevant agri-inputs and technology. Such services include, among others, farm inputs provision (e.g. seedlings, planting materials, crop protection measures), on-farm services (e.g. planting, farm maintenance, harvesting, haulage) and processing services.
