Overview:IBTCI is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Director for Strategic Growth and Partnerships. As the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to drive the company’s growth and foster strong client and partner relationships. The role of Senior Director for Strategic Growth and Partnerships will be crucial in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and nurturing existing client and partner partnerships. This position is based in our Headquarters in Vienna, Virginia but is temporarily hybrid. The Senior Director for Strategic Growth and Partnerships will report to our Vice President and will be a full-time regular employee.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Work Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment. IBTCI is allowing for temporary hybrid work in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. This will be updated by the company.
Supervisory Responsibility:This position may not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel may be required and may include travel to fragile or conflict-prone zones.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S.A is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
