R4D is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Program Associate (SPA) to join our Global Health Team and provide technical and program management support to a range of R4D’s health programs, such as the Health Systems Strengthening Accelerator, the Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceuticals Program (MTaPS), and the Primary Health Care Performance Initiative.
This position is based in Washington, DC and will report to the Senior Program Officer.

The Senior Program Associate will serve as a key member of project teams, contributing technical assistance to specific health system challenges and supporting implementation of project activities. Qualifications:
Master’s degree in relevant field (economics, political science, public policy, international affairs, public health) and minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (a research institution, government, bilateral or multilateral development agency, consulting firm, NGO, or think tank) OR Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and minimum 3 years of work experience;
