Overview:
The Senior Technical Specialist for the United States Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA) Global Evaluation and Third Party Monitoring (GLOE-TPM) IDIQ is a senior-level position responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the field of Third Party Monitoring (TPM) and evaluation for humanitarian programs funded by USAID/BHA. The role involves supporting the organization’s efforts to secure and execute GLOE-TPM IDIQ and subsequent Task Orders and to provide technical oversight. Three to six months period of performance.

Working Environment: Work is performed in a typical corporate office environment. IBTCI is allowing for temporary hybrid work in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. This will be updated by the company.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that required the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: No travel is required.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
