Mid term review of the Malawi peri-urban water and sanitation project under the EU Water Facility

Objective of the project:

Global objectives

The global objective of this assignment is to make an overall independent assessment (quantitative and qualitative) of the activities carried out since the beginning of the project and identify problems (technical and/or managerial) encountered by the project, proposing practical recommendations to overcome them.

Qualifications required:

Qualifications

Expert shall:

• possess a university degree in social sciences, economics, development or equivalent;
• have at least 10 years experience working in water and sanitation projects of similar nature;
• have experience in monitoring and evaluation of water and sanitation project in poor urban communities;
• have experience in using social research methodologies.
