Job Description

Palladium seeks candidates for the anticipated USAID-funded Transparent Accountable Public Investment (TAPI) activity in Peru. The principal aim of the five-year project worth $10M-$25M is to control corruption in the use of public funds via an “integrity network” approach through which assistance can immediately be applied to selected public works and achieve wider effects in preventing corruption over time.

* Accountability Expert
* Public Procurement Expert
* Civil Society Engagement Expert

Palladium busca candidatos para la propuesta USAID Transparent Accountable Public Investment (TAPI) con el objetivo de controlar corrupción en el uso de fondos públicos. Áreas técnicas incluyen:
* Especialistas en Anticorrupción
* Rendición de Cuentas
* Contratación Pública
* Participación Cívica

Responsibilities
* Area Specialist will lead implementation of all activities aimed at achieving the corresponding project objective/component
* Provide technical and managerial support to develop and implement innovative strategies related to technical area
* Collaborate with the project team to design and implement comprehensive approaches based on international best practices
* Provide technical assistance and capacity building to relevant stakeholders

Responsabilidades
* El/la especialista técnica liderará la implementación de todos los actividades que pertenecen al objetivo/componente correspondiente
* Proveer insumos técnicos y apoyo gerencial al desarrollo e implementación de estrategias innovadores con respeto al área técnica
* Colaborar con el equipo del proyecto en el diseño e implementación de abordajes completos basados en las mejores prácticas internacionales
* Proveer asistencia técnica y capacitación a los actores pertinentes

Requirements and Qualifications
* Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant area such as political sciences, governance, international development or a related area is required.
* A minimum of seven years of relevant work experience.
* Experience coordinating among various organisations and entities to implement project activities
* Previous experience with USAID (preferred) or other international institutions

Requisitosy Calificaciones
* Título de posgrado en ciencias políticas, gobernanza, desarrollo internacional, o similar
* Siete años o más de trabajo pertinente
* Experiencia demostrada para desarrollar relaciones con entidades, instituciones y socios en la coordinación e implementación de actividades programadas
* Previa experiencia con USAID u organismos internacionales
