Staff Development Manager
Summary: Responsible to oversee the design, planning, and implementation of appropriate training programs in accordance to the needs of the ship community.
Our volunteers are important to us, which is why we have our Staff Development team. This team of volunteers serve as the “trainers” of the ships, spending their days teaching the volunteer crew professional and personal development skills including language, software, management, and more.

“As Staff Development Manager, you get the joy of equipping crew to love and serve more effectively, seeing them grow as they discover new perspectives and cultures…all while growing in the same areas yourself!”
