Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Assist in generating and updating supply chain performance measurement reports and visualizations.
• Assist in compiling and presenting data for internal stakeholders and cross-departmental needs.
• Support analysis for medical ordering, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Participate in identifying supply chain challenges and proposing improvements.
• Assist in ensuring data quality, consistency, and documentation.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION LINES

• Daily collaboration with the Supply Chain Business Analysis Referent.
• Regular interaction with members of the Supply Chain Unit.
• Occasional exchanges with colleagues in Operations, Medical, Logistics, Finance, and IT/Projects.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Mandatory:

• Studying Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Data Science or similar.
• Languages: fluent Spanish and English (minimum B.2.).
• Knowledge of Excel (medium).
• Knowledge of Python (basic).

Additional:

• Studying Master’s Degree in Engineering, Organization, Supply Chain, Transport, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Languages: Catalan and French.
• Knowledge of SQL and other data management systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI and other Business Intelligence systems.
