Job Description

Background:

SoCha, LLC is looking for consultants with a strong background in managing surveys (in person and mobile phone based surveys). These consultants would be part of a consultant pool to be engaged as required on short- and long-term projects as they arise.

Scope of Work

Illustrative roles and responsibilities

  • Building sampling frame of public and private health care providers at district and community level.
  • Oversee qualitative data collection, pre-test, and design of surveys (may include IVR mobile surveys)
  • Technical implementation of survey, including recordings.
  • Roll-out and technical support for IVR mobile survey.
  • Oversee quality assurance of collected data points.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing surveys.
  • A substantive role in at least five survey-based research activities.
  • Experience with IVR Mobile survey activities is a plus
