Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) seeks a qualified Tax Manager to support the Accounting Department in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for managing U.S. and foreign tax compliance for Abt’s U.S. and foreign entities, assisting with global income tax reporting and ensuring all entities remain compliant with U.S. and international tax rules and regulations.
The primary focus is to support the Tax Department to ensure timely and accurate completion of the Company’s U.S. and International tax filings and related tax accounting. The Tax Manager is actively involved in the preparation of U.S. Federal and state & local income/franchise tax returns, personal property tax returns, sales & use tax returns as well as international tax returns. In addition, the Tax Manager will assist with other domestic and international tax filings, as needed, including coordinating with internal departments and outside service providers.
