Team Leader (Must be able to work out of Sikkim)

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree / PhD in Social Sciences or
Social Studies or Social Work or Business
Administration or Development Studies or
Public Policy or Economics, or related fields.
Experience
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the
field of skill development or vocational
education or business development /
entrepreneurship across different Indian
states.
• Experience of working in Sikkim / Hilly or in
the north eastern Region.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with government officials,
industry leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage the successful execution
of the activities.
• Responsible for providing overall direction,
coordination, and guidance to the team
members, ensuring that everyone works
cohesively towards achieving the project’s
objectives.
• Provide advice and recommendations to
inform the development and implementation
of policies, strategies, and initiatives.
