Job Description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for an EU funded project in Serbia “Business incubators enabled to provide high value services to SMEs”.

The aim of this project is to support existing as well as newly established business incubators (BIs) to upgrade their services and adjust them to tenants needs. Two types of BIs should be dealt with separately. The first group consists of incubators with focus on innovative, high-tech start-ups, with high potential for growth. The second group consists of BIs with special focus on reducing unemployment of youth, women and/or other vulnerable groups.

The foreseen start of the project is end of 2018 with 24 months duration.

Requirements for Team Leader - Business incubators management expert (between 350 and 450 working days)

Qualifications and Skills
Level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years preferably in the field of business, economy, and/or management and similar

General Professional Experience
At least 10, preferably 15, years of professional experience int he field of provision of business development services to enterprises

Specific Professional Experience
At least 5, preferably 7 years of professional experience in the field of establishment and/or operation of BIs;
Professional experience as a team leader on at least one TA project in the fields related to the subject of this contract, (similar value and nature to this contract)
