IMC Consulting Limited (), registered in the UK, is the international arm of White Young Green, employing over 1,300 staff in more than 30 offices in the UK and overseas is currently bidding as part of the consortium for a large EU funded VET programme aiming to modernise the Syrian VET supply according to the actual needs of the labour market. This system upgrading will include enterprises and social partners in management, design and delivery of the programme.
We are currently searching for an experienced TEAM LEADER who has managed complex development proejcts int he field of VET. The expert will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- EU citizenship - 10 years experience in VET reform strategy development and implementation experience in several national contexts, at least 5 years at senior level. - 5 years experience of leading an international or bilateral technical assistance team. - Sound proven knowledge of current policy issues in VET. - 5 years working with Project Cycle Management(preferably EU). - Knowledge of Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
