The expert should have a thorough knowledge of the themes relating to VET and labour insertion. Experience in this field in the Latin America will be valuable, as well as the practical experience in the themes mentioned. The expert should be fluent in Spanish and in English. The expert should not have been involved in the tasks of preparation of the program APROLAB whether in identification, formulation or feasibility studies, neither to have participated in any of the phases of preparation to the ?APROLAB: Consolidation and Enlargement’.
(i) University Degree in area directly related to professional education & training and labour insertion. Knowledge of economy, finances (particularly public finances) or other relevant areas.
(ii) Minimum 15 years of experience in development programs, particularly in the themes of institutionalization and public investment at sectorial level as well as experience in project formulation.
(iii) 5 years of relevant experience in Latin America and particularly in Peru.
