Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is a leading global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, and social consulting services. We are currently seeking a Technical Director, Human Health Risk Assessment to join our team in Vancouver, BC, Calgary AB, Ottawa ON, Toronto, ON, or one of our other Canadian offices. Applicants may be based remotely but should be willing to travel occasionally to one of ERM’s offices or to a client site, as needed. The successful candidate will work on a variety of interesting environmental assessments for mining, power and oil & gas development projects throughout all regions of Canada.
The primary emphasis is to be the technical lead for the human health risk assessment component of environmental assessments for sites throughout Canada. This posting is designed for a senior practitioner who is capable of independent problem-solving. This is ideal for a candidate who has progressed in their technical skills and is ready for the transition into a senior leadership role that focuses on client-facing problem solving and providing input to technical leads about how to best integrate human health risk assessment into environmental assessment projects. This is a specialist role with a compensation package that will be commensurate with that specialist contribution.
ERM is also open to hearing from more senior candidates who are interested in a part-time or on-call senior technical role.
