Integra LLC is recruiting to fill an exciting position in an anticipated regional project combating wildlife trafficking. Our Technology and Innovations Specialist will be responsible for supporting an interdisciplinary team working to build capacity and cooperation between conservation and law enforcement agencies and organizations, with the goal of stamping out the scourge of trafficking in illegal and endangered wildlife. The duration of the assignment is up to four years, and the estimated start date is September, 2016. The duty station is Bangkok, Thailand. Willingness and ability to travel within the Asia region is required. Fluency in English is required.
The successful candidate will have significant working experience in SE Asia, substantial experience in working in the tech sector to promote and scale innovation, and bachelor-level qualifications in a technology, business, or conservation related discipline. A relevant masters degree, proficiency in either Thai, Khmer, Vietnamese, Lao, or Chinese (Mandarin), and conservation experience are desirable qualifications.
Integra is a prime contract holder for the US Agency for International Development's REPLACE IDIQ, their flagship procurement vehicle for climate and the environment, And the Global Broadband and Innovation IQC, a contract to support broadband access for underserved populations around the world.
