As Trainee in the Pensions and Insurances team you will:
process and reconcile members’ investment transactions;
prepare data and graphics for the reports provided to the Pension Fund Investment Committee;
liaise with the in-house accounting team and the external custodian on operational matters;
assist in preparing monthly financial statements, data transfers and the membership report;
test proposed improvements to self-service apps;
communicate with members on pension and insurance issues;
help automate insurance administration tools and applications.

Qualifications, experience and skills
Essential:
a bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, business administration, employment and/or industrial relations, social or organisational psychology, accounting, law (preferably EU employment and/or social security law), data science, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, business analytics or another relevant discipline;
excellent analytical and conceptual skills, and an interest in translating complex technical content into management reports;
a good understanding of data and data processing skills;
practical experience using HR IT solutions;
knowledge of one or more of the SAP Human Capital Management modules.
