Associate Partners New York Responsibilities: • Advise the Dalberg’s clients on issues of management, strategy, development policy, information and communications technology, and finance. • Serve as a focal point for clients and take leadership on client development for potential clients. • Take leadership on internal projects in the areas of recruitment, performance management, new products, etc. • Provide guidance and strategic direction and oversee management and professional development of consultants and project managers. • Determine staffing assignments and team structures for client engagements. • Be a part of Dalberg’s global management team and provide input to the overall direction and success of the firm. • Create meaningful alliances and partnerships with organizations that can help further Dalberg’s mission. • Work with other Associate Partners in New York and Washington, DC, to manage the P&L of Dalberg’s North America operations on a day to day basis.

Profile: • Associate Partner-level experience in a leading international management consultancy. • Several years of consulting experience in areas such as strategic analysis, organizational development, applications of information technology, and policy reviews. • In-depth professional experience and exposure to a specific global issue such as economic development, health, education or climate change is valued highly. • Entrepreneurial spirit and a network of professional contacts to help grow a young and ambitious company. • Sensitivity to the political and cultural environment of international public agencies or similarly complex environments.

Project Managers New York Responsibilities: • Advise Dalberg’s clients on issues of management, strategy, development policy, information and communications technology, and finance. • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients and identify and cultivate client development opportunities for potential clients. • Plan and drive the delivery of innovative and results-driven solutions for our clients. • Manage teams of consultants. • Take a leadership role on internal projects in the areas of recruitment, performance management, new products, etc. • Hire and develop the appropriate staff for your local office.

Consultants Washington DC Responsibilities:* • Take a significant responsibility in driving the delivery of innovative and results-driven solutions for our clients, as part of a small or larger team. • Co-manage project teams. • Contribute to developing our partnerships with clients and peer groups. • Actively contribute towards firm-building initiatives.
