Internship objectives : You will assist the video production manager in the production of video content used for Handicap International’s external communication (social networks, website) for private collection purposes.
In this context, your missions will be as follows:
Responsibility 1 : You participate in video post-production
1/ Roughing, creation of bins from material received from the fields or from filming carried out at headquarters
2/ Editing, branding, translation into several languages (English, German, Swiss-German, Dutch, etc.)
3/ Motion design based on existing templates
Responsibility 2 : You participate in the filming of videos at headquarters
1/ Assist in the production of videos (interview format, facing camera)
2/ Preparation of the equipment, installation of the equipment, recording…
Responsibility 3 : You participate in the development of HI’s video expertise
1 / Monitoring of video / social media trends: collecting information on video practices in the NGO sector and other markets to share with the communications department and internal clients
2/ Dissemination of best practices related to the production and use of videos within the network
WORKPLACE ACCESSIBILITY:
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car parking and a bicycle parking area are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators ensure better circulation. All workstations are located in open spaces, but cubicles are available on each floor for working in peace and quiet if necessary. The workspace is very bright.
A disability advisor is available to answer any questions and assist you with your procedures. The position can be adapted to suit your needs.
Profile- You are in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the following fields: Audiovisual or Communication / Marketing
- You have had successful experience in a communications department and/or in the voluntary sector
- You have knowledge in editing and production (Adobe Premiere, Aftereffect) and you are proficient in my professional software (Adobe Premiere, Aftereffect), as well as the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Office pack, etc.)
- You have a taste for teamwork, you are creative and you have an interest in the associative / humanitarian environment
- You demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, strength of proposal, diplomacy
- You are fluent in French and English
